Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

 

⚠️ Exception – Hygiene Products:

For hygiene and health protection reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened or unsealed are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
