Where do you ship from?
Our products are fulfilled through trusted manufacturing and logistics partners.
Depending on the destination and product availability, orders are shipped from European Union or United States fulfillment centers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship within the European Union, the United States and the United Kingdom.
Please note that Malta and Cyprus are currently excluded from our shipping destinations due to logistical limitations.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the product and destination.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to customs processing.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

EU orders: No customs duties apply.

US orders shipped from our US fulfillment center: No customs duties or import taxes apply.
If an order is shipped from outside your country (e.g. EU → US or EU → UK), customs duties or import taxes may be charged by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Are Beyond30 Labs products safe?
Yes. All Beyond30 Labs products are manufactured in compliance with EU cosmetic regulations and undergo quality and safety assessments before being released for sale.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
All our products are vegan and cruelty-free.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our formulations are designed with sensitive skin in mind. However, individual reactions may vary. We recommend performing a patch test before first use.
Are your products dermatologically tested?
Yes. All of our face care products are dermatologically tested.
Each formulation is tested under dermatological supervision and safety assessed in accordance with EU cosmetic regulations to ensure skin compatibility and consumer safety.
Where are your products made?
Our products are manufactured in certified laboratories within the European Union and the United States, depending on the product and fulfillment location.
Orders & Payments
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been processed, it may not be possible to change or cancel it.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards and other payment options available at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.
Unopened and unused products may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please refer to the Returns Policy page for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@beyond30labs.com, including photos of the package and products.
