Shipping Destinations

 

We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union and internationally, depending on availability.

Please note that Malta and Cyprus are excluded from our standard shipping options.

 

 

Shipping to Malta and Cyprus

 

Due to logistics constraints and significantly higher courier costs, we do not currently offer shipping to Malta and Cyprus.


Shipping to these destinations is only available via express delivery, which results in disproportionately high shipping fees. To ensure transparent and fair pricing for our customers, we have decided to temporarily exclude these countries from our shipping zones.

Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated per order and are as follows:

  • European Union (except the countries listed below):

  • Poland:

    €2.90

  • Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Greece:

    €5.90

  • United Kingdom:

    €7.90

  • United States:

Free Shipping

 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €50.

The free shipping threshold applies automatically at checkout and is available for eligible destinations only. Any applicable exclusions will be clearly communicated during checkout.

 

 

Order Processing Time

 

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

 

 

Delivery Time

 

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier:

  • EU: 3–7 business days

  • Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia: 5-9 business days

  • Greece: 9-11 working days

  • UK: 4–7 business days

  • US: 2–5  business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.

 

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

 

For orders shipped within the United States from our US fulfillment center,
no customs duties or import taxes apply.

In cases where an order is shipped from outside the United States,
customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes,
or other fees imposed by local authorities.

For deliveries outside the European Union (UK, US), customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

Undeliverable Packages

 

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the shipment, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
